SDM: The SDM works personally full form is Sub-Divisional Magistrate, and so does the certification.

MEA: The MEA is Central Government which Authenticate the Passport Copy. The Ministry of External Affairs must legalize Passport Copy. It is a special stamp called an Apostille.
